Modulhus was founded when Sweden's Attefall law took effect in 2014. Inspired by Japanese living spaces that beautifully maximize compact areas, and motivated by Sweden's housing shortage, the company created its first innovative homes.
As pioneers in the Attefall house market, Modulhus became industry ambassadors in Sweden. A passion for design and architecture led to collaborations with talented architects, resulting in elegant, functional homes of various sizes.
